I have Graphic error which is a rectangle box showing previous images. Still up

So I have this graphical error. It’s just recent. Here is a screen shot you can see the box rectangle. Showing previous opened stuff. Sometimes black and bigger. But right in the middle. I need to click on it to get rid of it. But it comes back.

hey thanks for help got it solved. Many restarts and and crashes seemed to solve it.
