Crash with fans turning 100%

Hello all.
I got a problem with Manjaro 22 Silkaris.
My os crashes sometimes, and I don’t understand why.
The screen turns black and the fans start turning really fast, at 100% of their capacities.

My hardware is :

MSI B550
Rysen 5800X
Ram 32Go DDr4
Manjaro runing on a SSD.
Nvidia RTX 2060 EVO

Do you have any idea why these crash happens ?
Thanks.

It could be related to what you are doing at that moment.
No one can help with random crashes unless you help them understand WHEN it happens…

so please be as verbose as you can, like i was doing this then i did that and this hapened…
Plus ofcourse: How to provide good information

Okay, thanks.

Last time it happens I was watching a movie using Stremio and the screen turned black, fans turning 100% but there were still sound.

The first time it happens I don’t remember what I was doing, I think I just left the computer idling, I just left my room and when I came back I found it with black screen and fans turning.

I’m gonna try to install the official nvidia driver, maybe it’ll helps.

can you provide from terminal

Anyway since I installed the Nvidia non-free drivers, it works like a sharm

you have a high temp inside your desktop : more than 50°C

add kernel 6.0

sudo mhwd-kernel -i linux60

redo after

sudo sensors-detect

can you add thes parameters on boot kernel
in /etc/default/grub
on line GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=

sudo nano /etc/default/grub
sudo update-grub
amd_iommu=on iommu=pt processor.max_cstate=5 amd_pstate.shared_mem=1 systemd.unified_cgroup_hierarchy=true"

see this for amd pstate ( with kernel 6.0 or more )
