Correct way to enable FreeSync in Manjaro KDE?

Hi, I have been struggling enabling FreeSync on my system, and I finally managed to do it.
But I found few articles/posts, some works, other not.

Could you please let me know if I set it up correctly ?
(my set up info are placed at the end)

Section "Device"
       Identifier "Device0"
       Driver "amdgpu" # create black screen
       VariableRefresh "true" # create blackscreen

Setting up this setting leads to blackscreen (can access TTY). Is that normal ?
So, I cannot use it

Second, enabling in grub:

systool -vm amdgpu | grep "freesync"  ✔
    freesync_video      = "1"

Finally, in Display / Adaptive Sync set to Automatic

Additionally, to void conflict between FreeSync and VSync :
do I need to set in 10-amdgpu.conf the Option “TearFree” “false” ?
Or is it the same as unticking Display / Screen Tearing ?
