Consider continued support of kernels <5.4

Can kernel 4.19 remain in the repos, because this kernel sounds best with my Audio PC ?

I support the proposal. Especially since the kernels <4.19 support less webcams.

Webcam does not work on kernel >4.19.223. Under Ubuntu 14.4 to 20.4 it was no problem

Hi, my webcam “Creative Technology, Ltd Live! Cam Sync HD [VF0770]” does not work on a kernel newer than 4.19.223. On 4.19.223 is no problem using jitsi videochat. It was no problem with a new Ubuntukernel.
