Connection Errors while trying to install anything from system settings

Hi I’m a new user to Manjaro (used Mint and Ubuntu before) having a KDE Plasma DE.
I was trying to do some customization and every time I tried to install anything from the system manager I get different kinds of network errors, the most common being “Network Error 2: Connection Closed”. I went back to Mint and Windows and the network’s fine there… speed is good enough too (speed almost the same in Manjaro as well). May I know what the problem is and how to fix it?

Here is my inxi -Fxxz report:

Welcome to the forum!

See whether installing ocs-url from the AUR helps.

pamac build ocs-url

Thanks for the reply but no,the problem still persists… Like max one setting might work then goes Network error again…
