When trying to install video-nvidia-470xx drivers this happens:

Tried updating pacman and rebooting, still doesn’t work(

Also, i can’t set more, than 120hz in system, when my main monitor is 165hz. It just goes black screen when i set 144hz or 165hz. I think. this is because not proper drivers, so first of all, need to install those.
Then, will try to figure out how to set 165hz.

the default (and what you went with) is No
the conflict would not be there had you chosen yes
the package name also looks plausible - but that is all I can say

saying yes looks correct and seems to be the only choice that will get you anywhere - but I will not go so far as to tell you what you should do
far too many people have problems with Nvidia hardware from what I have seen here
it’s your choice, your system
