Computer doesn't boot up normally

My Computer does not show what it usually shows when I boot it up. It says:

error: file ‘/boot/vmlinuz-5.6-x86_64’ not found.
error: you need to load the kernel first.

Press any key to continue…

And if I press any key it shows me that what is in the picture below and I don’t know what I can do. Could someone please help me?

Hello, I’m have some issues, my computer froze while updating and I recived “error file ‘/boot/vmlinuz-5.6-x86_64’ not found” on a black command line screen once I booted back up, I’ve gone through the entire troubleshooting wiki page on restoring Grub through terminal commands with no luck, as well as scouring the internet for 5 hours now any advice?
