Combining profiles in pipewire(-pulse)

Hi,

until recently I had a pulseaudio profile set up that combines the digital and analog output of my soundcard, following this guide in the arch wiki.

But since I had issues with the pulseaudio update from last november (which I simply held back until today) I wanted to try pipewire.

So I installed pipewire-pulse, moved my custom-profile.conf to /usr/share/alsa-card-profile/mixer/profile-sets/custom-profile.conf and changed the path accordingly in the udev rule.
But I still only see the default profiles in KDE audio settings. Where does pipewire get its profiles from? Or do I have to take a completely different approach to this with pipewire?

According to Pipewire wiki PulseAudio profiles should be supported

Limitations in 0.3 · Wiki · PipeWire / pipewire · GitLab

since 0.3.7. supported with UCM and PulseAudio profile config.

But I cannot find anything more in that wiki about profiles

Yes
Pipewire is intended to take over all audio functions of PulseAudio and JACK. GUI packages for audio should work, but new diagnostic tools and utilities are probably needed
