i have some pcs which have identical hardware and should get identical manjaro installation and packages.
is it possible to finish the manjaro installation on one pc and just clone it to the other devices?
are there some unique numbers or other things which prevents me from just cloning?
In principle, you are good to go. There is nothing that links an installation to just a certain PC.
Edit: You will probably need to add Manjaro to the boot options of the destination PCs.
