Headphones microphone doesn't work

Hello, I’m using Manjaro xfce with the karnel 5.10.84-1 LTS and I use pluseaudio (the default audio manager, I think). I tried so many tutorial or topic and nothing as worked.
they frequantly ask the output of inxi -Fazy :

The output audio works but not the input, it allways take the input audio from my lapotp which is awful (key press or clic on the touchpad are extremly loud)
please help.
