Not a direct answer to your problem, but there definitely is something not right with kwallet, as you can read in this still very recent thread below…

The only error I can track down is the following, which is written to the CLI when attempting run kwalletmanager from the CLI Connecting to deprecated signal QDBusConnectionInterface::serviceOwnerChanged(QString,QString,QString) and it’s not so much an error as a warning. But the Kwallet Manager window greys out and display a not responding message in the Window decoration bar, and eventually the same message, above, is displayed in the Window.
