Chrome, Firefox net::err_incomplete_chunked_encoding/NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER errors after update

I am running a spring boot application locally and after this upgrade I get the following error on chrome:

net::err_incomplete_chunked_encoding

And this error on firefox:

NS_ERROR_NET_PARTIAL_TRANSFER

When getting a request from the server.

I reverted Manjaro and the issue is no longer there. Is there some networking package change I should investigate into?

I will appreciate any help. Thanks!

I was able to upgrade again without reproducing the error. So I will do more test and update if I find any issue
