Do I need the Arch Linux Updates Indicator Gnome Extension?

AnyOne using the Arch Linux Updates Indicator Gnome Extension ?

And do I need it ?

Many thanks

If you’re using Pamac (should be installed by default), you don’t need it. Pamac will tell you when there are updates available.

We used to have an extension forked from this, but it was replaced by internal pamac function.
