Change location of confirmation button in filesystem navigations

I’ve updated my kernel to 5.10 recently and I noticed that the filesystem navigations moves the “[Confirm Action]” button from where it is in literally every singly other OS (lower right, the terminus of reading left to right so a natural stopping point) to the top right.

This is very annoying, and maybe I just need to adjust, but is there a way to change this option?

The XFCE open button has moved. It has ruined my productivity. Any way to revert back?

When opening a photo or document, the “open” button has moved to the upper right window corner. This is driving me crazy. It used to be in the lower right. Is there any way to change this back to the way it used to be previously? Thanks! [Screenshot]
