If you are using the default terminal which came with the i3 community edition you should be able to change the font size there. Use size11 for example and type type xrdb ~/.Xresources in your terminal for the changes to take effect.
If nothing changes then go to your i3 config and look what terminal is set there.
So after add this line and uprate .Xresources file stopped work rofi. I am pretty sure that this is that terminal because that say i3 config file (binding)

If you want to use uxterm as your terminal emulator place this line in your i3 config set $terminal uxterm
somewhere in the beginning.
To change uxterm fonts and size use something like this in your .Xresources
UXTerm*renderFont: true
UXTerm*faceName: DejaVu Sans Mono
UXTerm*faceSize: 10
use the fonts you like of course
Are you having trrouble with rofi now?
Put a ! in front of *font: xft:TerminessTTFNerdFontMono:size=26:style=medium:antialias=true and other changes you made to comment it out or restore the backup .Xresources if you saved one.

Actually I use two line aerial binding, I changed it but it was
bindsym $mod+Ctrl+Shift+Return exec terminal
It’s because in xterm / uxterm doesn’t work copy paste and I was not able to change it, also rofi use this terminal for ssh

I think that I make a little bit mess …
I wanted to use xterm, I change there font size and was cool, BUT I could not force xterm to copy paste (same in uxterm) that’s why I came back to terminal I guess it’s correct app’s name
When I was trying change fonts size, I’ve added some line (line below) after reload rofi stopped work just give info about problem.
Actually I do not care with terminal I will use, but I would love to have a bit bigger size than 11 and being able to copy and paste, if you are able to help me I will be grateful
I understand you don’t care, but it is important to know when you want to change a setting. In this case it seems to be urxvt.
which means you need to look at this line
URxvt.font: 9x15,xft:TerminessTTFNerdFontMono
and change it to the proper value you want
The line itself looks a bit odd to me because there a values I would expect with a bitmap font and not with a TTF
