When I try to login to my account all the system freezes after some seconds.
If I try to login as root all is fine.
I need some help please!

That sound like a faulty config somewhere.
From your (working) root account, (re)move your $HOME/.config/ directory:
mv /home/<username>/.config /home/<username/.config.backup
Where, you guessed it, <username> is your username.
Then reboot and try again. If it works, then restore thee config files one-by-one until you’ve found the culprit. If, however, it doesn’t work, then report back with the output of:
journalctl --boot=0 --priority=warning..err --catalog --no-pager

…so maybe that has something to do with it. Let’s see what happens when it’s disabled. From your root account, run:
systemctl disable plasma-powerdevil.service
…and reboot to test again.
If that doesn’t work, please post the above requested logs again. Nice new, fresh ones.
