Can't use shortcuts that use super key

Hi, I wanted to make a shortcut super + shift +s and it just does not work!
I mean it just brings audio osd for some reason. cinnamon gives no shortcut conflict upon making it.
also it seems that I can’t press any predefined shortcut keys that use the super key.

If the shortcut produces an unexpected result - it is usually because a conflicting shortcut exist.

I am not familiar with cinnamon - you did check the list of shortcuts?

I did from cinnamon. no conflicting shortcuts (at least in the gui settings that cinnamon provides)
