Use this boot parameter: kvm.enable_virt_at_load=0
Anyway, the solution is disabling kvm, when using VirtualBox. Virtualbox uses another driver. If KVM is not loaded, there won’t be in conflict, but if it gets loaded at the beginning, it will be in conflict.
