Can't set default language to english

I use serbian (latin) keyboard layout (because of keyboard) , but use english for everything else. So, i have no idea why i get serbian language in system interface when i don’t want it.

I have when i run:
locale

and also in /etc/locale.conf

LANG=en_US.UTF-8

I also , checked in manjaro settings manager, removed serbian language option, and it still is showing serbian words (it displays cyrilic, which is nightmare to UX, and i’m coder after all).

When i logged in via lockscreen (lightdm), it showed me to choose which one, i choosed english, and it showed english properly. but it doesn’t show it anymore, as i removed it, and doesn’t appear anymore, even if i bring it back in manajro settings.

i tried, everything it says in that. and now it shows english most of the time. But there is also still some serbian. Like, on on title of window (of xcfe), google chrome (i can’t change language in chrome, it needs to be from system).
So, it fixed now mostly, but there is still leftover on mentioned. I have no idea how to fix it…

Have you rebooted in the meantime?

yes, right now. still same issue, of those leftover here and there
