Can't search for applications in krunner, nor see notifications

Hi!
I have the following issue:
A couple months ago I added new updates through pamac and suddenly any search powered by krunner stopped looking for applications, even though the corresponding option is turned on.
I tried reinstalling krunner, and nothing happened. I also noticed that there are some widgets that stopped working and can’t add them back to my desktop main panel. These are the notifications widget and the system tray widget.

My current sofware versions are:
KDE plasma 5.21.5
KDE frameworks 5.82.0
Qt 5.15.2
Kernel version 5.4.188-1
