You have to wait for the AUR maintainer to update the PKGBUILD.
Spotify apparently delete their old files if they update.

so they deleted their old files?

What a strange question - because he just told you that they apparently do …

Here is the address (from the PKGBUILD) with the currently available versions.

Index of /pool/non-free/s/spotify-client/

You could update/adapt the PKGBUILD yourself to use the 1.1.84.716 version which is currently the most recent.
update the pkgver variable and of course the checksum
