if there are no errors especially for the linux515 kernel, install it back:
pacman -S mkinitcpio linux510 linux515 manjaro-system mkinitcpio-numlock mkinitcpio-openswap

did you installed it back? check with:
mkinitcpio -P && update-grub

we tried reinstalling mkinitcpio and its dependencies with overwrite, it didnt work;
we tried removing it + its dependencies and installing it back with the dependencies, it still doesnt work, help us out on how to fix it, thanks

pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5 && pacman -Syyuu
if it installed something, then run this:
mkinitcpio -p linux515
nothing was installed.
