Cant enter BIOS or Manjaro , always automatically enters Windows (DUAL BOOT)

Hello.

When I attempt to enter the BIOS on my Acer Nitro AN515-44-R1HY , so I can change from booting windows to booting Manjaro , it gets stuck on the Acer screen. I would like to enter bios once again , also i am using 2 ssds , one with windows and one with manjaro. My manjaro install works without the windows ssd , but when i put it back in it only boots to windows and no longer boots to manjaro. I suspect this could be an issue with secure boot , as ubuntu worked fine but i am not sure.

SPECS:
OS: Manjaro 21.3.7 , Windows 10
CPU: Ryzen 5 4600H
GPU:Nvidia GTX 1650 Ti (Mobile)
RAM: 8 Gigabytes
Storage: Crucial 250 GB SSD and WD 512 GB SSD with 2 1 TB Toshiba External Drives

Dual boot with windows:

you can try this command from linux:
sudo systemctl reboot --firmware-setup
it should boot directly into your bios and there you can disable secure boot, also fast boot - you may not have this option
you can also boot directly from windows into bios, so google on how to do it, and when you are in windows disable fast startup
