Can't boot live usb, stuck at [OK] Reached target Graphical Interface AMD GPU

Earlier, I was able to install manjaro KDE 21.0.5 kernel 5.10 perfectly fine. However, after a power loss I had a different boot issue and decided to just recover/reinstall the OS with a live usb. I’m trying to live boot manjaro and it gets stuck at “[OK] Reached target Graphical Interface”. I’ve tried with other .iso and they all seem to have a different problem.

I know there are other topics related to this issue, however, i couldn’t find one specific to AMD GPUs, which is what I have. Booting with open source drivers

CPU 5600X
GPU 6600XT
