Cannot view files of Manjaro KDE iso

I downloaded the ISO of Manjaro KDE 2 days ago and I am having problems flashing it on my usb drive. The sha1 checksum is ok but i cant figure out how to verify signature.

I have a UEFI system but after selecting the iso file rufus I cannot change the partition from MBR to GPT. After flashing only the EFI files are present on the usb drive. Same with etcher.

That’s because M$ does not support Linux file-systems, so you won’t be able to view the contents of Linux file systems while in M$.
