Cannot update to latest version, multiple errors

I currently have Manjaro Budgie 18.0.4 installed. I wished to update it to the latest version, but after I have rooted the terminal and typed “sudo pacman -Syyu”, multiple errors occurred.

These errors are as follows and in order:

Packages (3) archlinux-keyring-20220424-1 manjaro-keyring-20220514-1
manjaro-system-20220202-2

error: key “6D42BDD116E0068F” could not be looked up remotely
error: required key missing from keyring
error: failed to commit transaction (unexpected error)
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

After I disregard the error and try to continue the installation and it installs the needed packages to proceed with the version upgrade, this comes up:

try this:
sudo pacman -Syy
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux manjaro
sudo pacman -Syyu
it could take some time to refresh keys… and ignore the gpg errors during refreshing

thank you, will try that now

[ira ira]# sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys
gpg: refreshing 129 keys from hkps://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: keyserver refresh failed: Server indicated a failure
==> ERROR: A specified local key could not be updated from a keyserver.

this:
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys -u --keyserver hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
if it works also run the rest of the commands

[ira ira]# sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys -u --keyserver hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.ne t
gpg: refreshing 129 keys from hkp://hkps.pool.sks-keyservers.net
gpg: keyserver refresh failed: Server indicated a failure
==> ERROR: A specified local key could not be updated from a keyserver.

edit: I placed a space in between the .net of the link since I can’t post links

try this:

sudo pacman -Scc
sudo pacman -Sy archlinux-keyring manjaro-keyring
sudo pacman-key --populate archlinux manjaro
sudo pacman-key --refresh-keys

its always the “6D42BDD116E0068F”, but now a new key showed up

and changing mirrors:
sudo pacman-mirrors --continent
sudo pacman -Syyu

[ira ira]# sudo pacman-mirrors --continent

[-P PROTO [PROTO…]] [-R] [-U URL]
pacman-mirrors: error: unrecognized arguments: --continent

still same error, “error: key “6D42BDD116E0068F” could not be looked up remotely”

and this:
sudo pacman-mirrors -f5 && pamac update

I think perhaps use

sudo pacman-mirrors --fasttrack 5

instead.
