My system will not update as it fails to find texlive-basic 2023 66594-15
Does no one ever use the search function?
sudo pacman-mirrors --geoip
sudo pacman -Syyuu
If this worked, fix pamac with
pamac update --force-refresh
(note, no sudo here)

What you suggested worked very well, and I have made a note of it for if something similar happens again.
I have been using Manjaro for some time, and this is the first time updates using the GUI from the bottom of the screen have failed.
I have never needed to use pacman commands before.
