Btw, im using dual boot if thats in any way relevant, also to mention that on Windows everything works fine, so it shouldnt be a Hadware problem.

the same as before, nothing really indicating what the issue could be…
try adding this parameter to your kernel:
kate /etc/default/grub
and in this line: GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT inside the quotes add this parameter:
ibt=off
dont remove anything from there!, just add it to existing parameters, save the file, update grub:
sudo update-grub
reboot

if it doesnt work, add another parameter:
nvidia-drm.modeset=1
save grub, update grub and reboot

Still the same, also tried multiple Kernels.

so try installing the older version of the nvidia…
remove it:
sudo mhwd -r pci video-nvidia
install:
sudo mhwd -i pci video-nvidia-470xx
reboot

Now im really confused, even that made no change. Also the issues with the monitor is still there, i would have thought its the Nvidia driver, but seems i broke something else

its probably not nvidia … maybe something in plasma, but who knows…
try deleting the kscreen folder again and reboot…
post output from:
pacman -qm

no such file or directory: /local/share/kscreen

Actually also:
no such file or directory: /local/share

I just relized i may fked it up with accidentally

mv local/share/kscreen local/share/ kscreen.bak

with I space in between

:face_with_peeking_eye:
the kscreen folder is in your home directory:
/home/.local/share/kscreen

no such file or directory: /home/.local/share

I think not anymore

Ok, wait… Sorry, now get it

It’s in $HOME/.local/share

Yes, thanks, I also just catched myself in making this thought mistake while being already in the home folder.

pacman -Qm

do you have a timeshift backup?
do you have home on separate partition?

Both screens are set 100% scale.

No, i don’t

Also not, looking back I wish I would have… Most of my data is stored on a separate partition though, but not the home folder.

nothing suspicious …
we could try rebuilding aur packages, this may help…
did you remove these packages?:

if yes, post output from:
inxi -A
it looks like you have both pulse and pipewire running

Done : sudo pacman -R electron12 etcher gnome-icon-theme gnome-icon-theme-symbolic manjaro-documentation-en manjaro-firmware

Audio:
Device-1: NVIDIA GA104 High Definition Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
  Device-2: AMD ACP/ACP3X/ACP6x Audio Coprocessor driver: N/A
Device-3: AMD Family 17h/19h HD Audio driver: snd_hda_intel
Device-4: SteelSeries ApS Arctis 9 type: USB
    driver: hid-generic,snd-usb-audio,usbhid
Sound API: ALSA v: k5.15.76-1-MANJARO running: yes
  Sound Server-1: PulseAudio v: 16.1 running: yes
  Sound Server-2: PipeWire v: 0.3.59 running: yes

PS: Probably going to answer later today again, thanks so far for your help!

ok so lets switch to pipewire:
pamac install manjaro-pipewire wireplumber
this will give you pulse dependency issues, so remove them first, then run the command again…

then remove this:
pamac remove pulseeffects-legacy
and these packages that could be related to your issue:
pamac remove lightly-qt latte-dock-git
(you can install them afterwards)
reboot and see if it helped…

if not rebuild the aur packages:
pamac build $(pamac list -qm)
this could take ages…
when its done reboot …

Did all that, still not starting the desktop :frowning: Feels so weird, as over startx everything works 100% normal, just not with the normal boot.
