Can’t install Xfce on new windows pc

HP Desktop: 11thGen intel(r) core i5, 2.6ghz.
GPU Intel(R) UHD Graphics 730
Windows10
Manjaro xfce 21/1/2 Linux 513

I have been trying2 install manjaro on this machine. I’m using a bootable dvd. But the boot process gets stuck on ‘listening on load/save rf kill switch’. I have tried booting with the free and proprietary driver options. Plz help!
