It still says that. Can you run cat /proc/cmdline and confirm that pci=realloc is indeed there?
Thank you so much for your support. It worked now with the option pci=realloc. I deleted from GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="<other stuff> pci=realloc", reboot, and the monitor is out there.
So, the solution is append the option pci=realloc in /etc/default/grub as follows:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT=“pci=realloc”
We can close the issue now.
