Can I apply hidpi scaling by system for certain app while others keep scaling by themselves?

• Some legacy applications cannot apply the scaling when I use Apply scaling themselves;
• If I use Scaled by the system, they can apply the scaling, but all the apps will be blurry.

So, can I just apply scaling by the system just for certain apps, while the others keep defaults?
