I tried to use my laptop with an external monitor that has a max resolution of 2560x1080 (21:9), but I can’t choose anything higher than 1080p (16:9).
Tried setting a custom resolution using xrandr but no luck. I can choose that, it looks like its changing but afterall it looks the same on my display (same as 1920x1080).
