org.mate.caja-open-terminal desktop-opens-home-dir is false but terminator -e still opens to ~ regardless of this setting. Am I blind or is something broken?
So yeah, found one part the issue — Open in terminal works for only the first instance and no more. Why?

Not sure why it was messed on my end. Probably some weird Linux software but with Caja, dconf or Terminator. Some software updates afgo the problem had been resolved, probably because somebody else was able to articulate and / or resolve the issue better than I.
