Cadence showing jackdbus not available using jack2

i can not change that as everything is still greyed out

Is Cadence always greyed out on your system ? even if task manager is showing jackdbus is started ?

if jack_control status is able to see that JACK is started or stopped, I suggest you try using this command:

jack_control exit

If that command works, try changing the JACK selected driver to ALSA and check engine paramaters again

jack_control ds alsa ep

If jack_control commands do not help to clear whatever is blocking Cadence It might be possible to use QjackCtl to stop JACK and reconfigure the driver from Dummy to ALSA

well after doing that a jack.conf finally appear in the folder here is what it says(had to place in separate text as the formatting kept making it disappear when shown, i have also placed the cadence logs there)

though it is still showing the same dialog and greyed out.
EDIT: this is what the jack, conf looks like after doing qjackctl

though my intel motherboard have 2 device the hw intel hda and alc262 and i do not know which i select

edit 2: i forgot to include the new cadence log after the qjackctl config
