I think there was a Budgie problem in the last batch of updates from Manjaro. How can I isolate, confirm that and, if true, report upstream? Specifically:
- Workspaces: can’t open a new instance of an application (Vivaldi browser) in a new workspace.
- Opera: right click copy and paste function no longer works (it works correctly in Vivaldi).
