Btrfs system crash, howto recover?

Sure, but with other file systems, having 12,3 GB free doesn’t give the problem that in reality that amount is actually not available. So, that might be a good reason not to choose btrfs

Yikes, I can’t keep up with everything.

Hopefully this will be fixed soon on Timeshift’s end, but you can’t use the restore button if you have booted a snapshot through grub-brtfs. The package that just detects read/write snapshots and puts them in your grub menu.

It will appear to work, but does make a mess of your volumes.

But fear not, it’s pretty easy to restore it through the terminal, when booting a snapshot, or from booting a live image.

Kernel 6.8 is no longer supported, remove it! You should follow Announcements for your branch.

Thanks, yes I know, I am booting into 6.10, 6.8 was just still there and I have removed it now.
