BTRFS Subvolume creation in Calamares

The recent inclusion of full disk btrfs installation in calamares was great. But the the manual partitioning does not support manual subvolume creation during installation (by default, the installer creates 4 subvolumes : @, @home, @log, @cache), unlike Anaconda installer does in Fedora 34. Don’t know if its already on the to-do list of devs or not, but incorporating this feature would be a nice touch. :slightly_smiling_face:
