Bit of a stupid question, but when KDE 6 comes out next year, their team has said that they will remove those old themes. Will Oxygen still be kept in the Manjaro repos?

I imagine, only if they are still maintained and compatible. Otherwise: 
I hope that means there is no more lingering ‘plasma needs this piece of oxygen even though it shouldnt’ (like now plasma relies on pieces of oxygen for … system sounds?).
If thats all done with, the packages can be done with, and I expect if they are stricken from the repos they will still exist in the AUR.
