BootEntries wrong on KernalUpdate with systemd-boot

Hello,

I just switched from arch to manjaro. Because I'm used to it i installed systemd-boot as bootmanager. I realised that manjaro didn't detect my root Partition and my crypt device when generating boot entries for systemd-boot.

I dug into the problem and found that the /usr/bin/sdboot-manage script is the problem.

Relevant part of lsblk:

$ lsblk /dev/nvme0n1
NAME MAJ:MIN RM SIZE RO TYPE MOUNTPOINT
nvme0n1         259:0    0 238,5G  0 disk
├─nvme0n1p1     259:1    0     1G  0 part  /boot
└─nvme0n1p2     259:2    0 237,5G  0 part
  └─lvm         254:0    0 237,5G  0 crypt
    ├─t580-swap 254:1    0     8G  0 lvm   [SWAP]
    ├─t580-vms  254:2    0   120G  0 lvm   /var/lib/vms
    └─t580-root 254:3    0   109G  0 lvm   /home
$

I create a fix and 2 merge requests on
https://gitlab.com/dalto.8/systemd-boot-manager

Also it would be nice to have an option to add additional rootflags because I add the discard option to it.

Kind regards
