Blur Effects in X11 not working as expected

Hi :grinning: . My english is not good  , forgive me if there is any grammar mistakes.

Let me explain the issue , the blur effects in kde while on x11 is not working correctly :pensive:.
Let me attach a picture , https://imgur.com/jiZyLIq . The main menu has a blur effects by default . But for me the blur effects is not workng . All the blur effects in kde , ( not only in menu ) is very sharp ( like full of grains ) . I tried messing around with compositor settings but its not working. Iā€™m having this issue on all kde distro.
If i use wayland session , the blur effects working as expected. But wayland not suiting for me . While sharing my screen the screen is sharing as fully inverted . I dont know what to do
While i was messing with compositor settings , i found that if i change the Rendering Backend to x render , the blur effects become fully transparent https://imgur.com/nPrXNAA . I hope you can understand my issue.

This is my inxi output :-

Waiting for a solution :slightly_smiling_face: . I know you guys can help me :hugs:.

Tweak the Settings > Desktop Effects > Blur the way you want it

Best results still with OpenGL 3.1 in Compositor Settings.
