Hi @Mahtav,

Please don’t start duplicate threads:

Also, a tip:

To provide terminal output, copy the text you wish to share, and paste it here, surrounded by three (3) backticks, a.k.a grave accents. Like this:

```
pasted text
```

This will just cause it to be rendered like this:

Portaest sed
elementum
cursus nisl nisi
hendrerit ac quis
sit
adipiscing
tortor sit leo commodo.

Instead of like this:

Portaest sed elementum cursus nisl nisi hendrerit ac quis sit adipiscing tortor sit leo commodo.

Thereby improving legibility and making it much easier for those trying to be of assistance.

Hi @Mahtav,

Are you sure the bluetooth hasn’t been disabled physically oy in the BIOS? I mean, there’s not even a chip-ID to work with…

Because, it looks like the kernel doesn’t even detect there’s anything. (that might need a driver.)

as a fast workaround please use a live-iso of a different de, for example linux-mint to check if bluetooth is avaiable at the live-system and as already mentioned, check your bios-settings first.

i am new to all this stuff so im gonna need your help, how do i access the BIOS settings

I asked Google this crude question:

Lenovo ideapad 100-15IBD bios

… and something probably helpful came up :wink:
