Bluetooth usb dongle can't find any devices on Manjaro Linux

My pc has dual os. in Windows, Bluetooth USB dongle is perfectly working but when I boot to Manjaro Linux my Bluetooth USB dongle can not find any devices although Bluetooth is powered on.
