Bluetooth not working in manjaro xfce 21.1.6

Hello i’m a noobie to linux i just installed a fresh version of manjaro xfce 21.1.6,everything seems to work fine my wifi adaptor is working with no problems but my bluetooth is not working
when i on bluetooth on the side bar it goes away and when i take bluetooth manager it crashes
i have updated after installing and i think i have the drivers,rfkill says no block
i dont know any commands to write on terminal sorry ;(

Try

rfkill unblock bluetooth

after typing it goes to the next line
i tried rfkill list all and it didnt have any softblock or hard block
i dont think its this problem

Ok. Thought the above meant that it is blocked.

i have tried different linux mint versions like xfce mate it didnt work,i thought switching to new os might fix it,apparently not.it worked pefectly while using windows
