Bluetooth mouse loses connection after some time

this is an issue I only have with Manjaro. When I connect my bluetooth mouse to the computer, everting seems fine but after 30 seconds or so it disconnects and the cursor stucks for about 3 seconds. Then it reconnects and keeps working just fine. But this happens every time I wake up my computer or my mouse, so it gets really annoying after some time.

Interestingly this problem does occur only on the following distros:
Manjaro KDE
Manjaro Gnome

I also tried these following distros, and the issue did not occur:
Ubuntu 19.10
openSuse Leap 15.1 KDE

If I have to post more information, I am happy to do so.

Thank you for your help!
