Bluetooth issue on Raspberry Pi 3 B+

So i have been using Manjaro 19.04 on my RPi 3 B+ for a week or so now because i wanted to familarize myself with linux before making the switch on my main pc. I recently did a update and now whenever I boot I get the following error.

[ 21.594155] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM: failed to write update baudrate (-110)
[ 21.601227] Bluetooth: hci0: Failed to set baudrate
[ 21.728263] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM: chip id 94
[ 21.734925] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM: features 0x2e
[ 21.762678] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM43430A1
[ 21.766748] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM43430A1 (001.002.009) build 0000
[ 25.544519] Bluetooth: hci0: BCM43430A1 (001.002.009) build 0360

Now I've tried searching around on google and found i need to disable the bluetooth to continue the boot and fix the issue however my issue is I can't seem to get to a command line shell to do so. I am able to get to U boot and from what I have gathered I can force the system to boot a specific way I just can't find any guides for how to get it to boot to a command line so I would be able to login and disable my bluetooth. Thanks for any help.
