Seems you have both PulseAudio AND Pipewire active! This shouldn’t be the case

Please stop spreading misinformation.

Inxi shows that both PA and PW are running which is a normal situation for PA-machines with GNOME or KDE as those require PW for working with WebRTC and video.

New users on Manjaro forum are often misinformed about 2 audio servers running on Manjaro, based on information from inxi only
Users can also be further misinformed by only being told to install PipeWire to replace PulseAudio

Users are not explicitly advised about how to continue using PulseAudio because there is nothing to do, except disregard information from inxi suggesting PipeWire is also running

I still don’t know how I ended up with both Pipewire and Pulseaudio (and whether that’s the problem). Aren’t they supposed to be an alternative to each other? If so, why are they allowed to be installed together?

Data from inxi shows that PipeWire does not have pipewire-pulse installed (replacement for pulseaudio)

If you intend to follow advice to remove and replace pulseaudio and pulseaudio-jack you should also consider installing either:

1. pipewire-jack-client to create audio bridges between pipewire-pulse and jack2 – cadence can be retained for controlling JACK

2. pipewire-jack to replace jack2 – cadence should be replaced with qpwgraph or similar to provide GUI to manage connections

Main problem here seems to be with bluez Bluetooth connection and not audio servers
