Bluetooth bricht ab

Seit einigen Tagen habe ich das Problem, dass das Bluetooth Symbol in der Taskleiste nicht mehr sichtbar ist. Ruft man den Blueman-manager aus der Programmwahl auf, sind keinerlei Geräte mehr sichtbar. Man kann nur noch Bluetooth ein und ausschalten. Die zuvor verbundenen Geräte sind trotzdem nicht mehr da. Dies passiert wenn das Laptop zugeklappt wird, aber auch nicht immer. Nach einem Neustart geht wieder alles. Aus den logs konnte ich folgende Fehlermeldung herauslesen: bluetoothd[5491]: “Battery Provider Manager destroyed”

Leider ein bischen wenig Information zu System und Desktop usw.
Schau doch mal in die Hinweise für neue Mitglieder was man alles inkludieren sollte, wenn man Hilfe erfragt.
Anhand der Meldung sieht das aber erstmal nach einem Energieverwaltungs/Energiesparproblem aus.

Manjaro Xfce System ist aktuell.

Wenn Bluettooth nicht funktioniert bringt systemctl folgende Meldung:

Also, wenn der Laptop in Standby geht? → Dann ist das ein Problem beim Aufwecken aus dem Stromsparmodus des Gerätes.

Bei TLP kannst du Bluetooth exkludieren, sodass es vor dem Bereitschafts-Modus (suspend) nicht in den Stromsparmodus geht: Radio Devices: Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, WWAN — TLP 1.8.0 documentation

Deinen Tip werde ich als nächstes probieren. Erster Schritt war jetzt einmal die Pakete bluez und bluez-libs auf die vorige Version downzugraden. Zumal es ja auch vorher ( 2,5 Jahre ) ging.

Fehler nach dem downgraden der Pakete bluez und bluez-libs nicht mehr aufgetreten.
So heutmorgen kam er dann doch wieder.

Der Fehler ist immer noch vorhanden.
Bisher ausprobiert:

  • downgraden der beiden Pakete bluez und bluez-libs
  • Usb_exclude_btusb in TLP angehakt und aktiviert (Exclude bluetooth devices from USB-Autosuspend)

Beim Laptop ist dann in der Taskleiste das Bluetooth-Symbol weg sobald man mehrfach den Deckel geschlossen hat. Bei mir so ca. alle zwei Tage.

Du hast versucht, es mit downgrade zweier Pakete beheben zu können.

Hat offensichtlich nicht geklappt.

Ich würde also updaten / den downgrade rückgängig machen,
so daß das System wieder in einem konsistenten Zustand ist,
und dann nach der wirklichen Ursache forschen.

Interessant… hast du den Kernel-Log (dmesg) mal geprüft?

Du hattest ja einiges (zwei Pakete) zurückgestuft - in neu denglish: gedowngraded bzw. down gegraded - die vorherigen Versionen statt der aktuellen installiert

Der Befehl manjaro-downgrade PAKET macht sowas. Wie geschrieben ist das System jetzt wieder auf aktuellem Stand.

mkay - ich wollt’s nur klarstellen
Ich hab manjaro-downgrade noch nie benutzt oder gar benutzen müssen
und weiß deshalb nicht was das tut oder wie es funktioniert.

Service stoppen und Kernelmodule entfernen und neu starten mit anschließendem Neustart des Bluetoothservice brachte leider keinen Erfolg.
Man kann anschließend den Blueman starten es sind aber keine Geräte sichtbar.

Das System ist aber anderer Meinung.

BT kaputt?
wäre eine Option.

Nach einem Neustart funktioniert es wieder für zwei, drei Tage.
Werde es heutabend mal testen ob der inxi Befehl andere Sachen ausgibt, wenn Bluetooth funktioniert.

Seit dem großen Update, ich glaube am Donnerstag, gab es keine Probleme mehr. Ich denke das Problem ist gelöst.
