Bluetooth adapter doesn't detect any devices

I’m using Manjaro GNOME, Kernel: 5.15.93-1-MANJARO. The Bluetooth seems to be on but when I try to scan for devices it doesn’t give any results.
I’m using this adaptador bluetooth device: Amazon.com.mx
You can ask me for more information to try to help me
THANKS IN ADVANCE!!
My outputs:

sudo rfkill list

I am experiencing the same problem using Manjaro Kernel 6.1.12-1 with Cinnamon Desktop and brand new UGREEN Bluetooth 5.0 USB adapter Model CM390 which uses the RTL8761buv chip. I tried the adapter using another OS namely Linux Mint 21.1 and get same result. Google shows other people having issues with this Bluetooth adapter but following the suggestions does not fix the problem. I am yet to see any bluetooth device show up in the scan. I have tried a Next Tech Bluetooth keyboard version 3.0, Sony WH-1000XM4 headphones which connect fine to my mobile phone and also a Logitech Bluetooth Mouse.

wow thanks for share your experience, could you recommend me another bluetooth adapter that, works 100% fine with linux? and could be the kernel the problem?

I got it to start finding devices using instructions here - Rtl8761B Bluetooth Driver Manjaro Installation - Step-by-step Guide • Setting Up • tutorialforlinux.com

it isn’t that the device doesn’t work with Linux, it’s more that I think, like on Windows, it attempts to use firmware that doesnt match what it needs (on Windows it’s pretty much required to run the little mini disc to stop using the generic MS bt driver).

I’ve done the instructions but it still doesn’t work :frowning:
