Anki doesn’t work with pytnon 3.10. I won’t rebuild on 3.9, I’d rather wait until you bring support.
anki is an AUR package, so bugs can only be handled upstream.

python-stringcase is a AUR package and one of the dependencies of anki. Try rebuilding both:
pamac build python-stringcase
pamac build anki
