Battery indicator freezes

Hi there,
I am using Manjaro KDE Plasma
I have a problem with the battery indicator
it freezes and shows wrong remaining percentage of battery
for example it shows percentage 78% like this::point_down:
image
but when I try “acpi” in terminal the result is :
Battery 0: Discharging, 14%, 00:22:48 remaining

notice: “when I plug in the charger the indicator is updated and shows the real percentage”

The huge problem is that the laptop may finish the battery charge and close automatically and I don’t know that the battery charge has finished because of the wrong remaining percentage of battery shown in the indicator.

the output of
echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE
is
x11

Can I get a solution for this problem?

Thanks

Maybe you are using a Wayland session? I think there is a KDE bug extant. Try switching to X11.

I am already using X11

just to make sure, please post the output of

echo $XDG_SESSION_TYPE

and please also post the output of the inxi command described below. this is the minimum and basic information everyone needs to give help because no one of us has a functioning glass bowl

  1. Please read this:
    [HowTo] Provide System Information
and press the three dots below your post and press the :pencil2: to give us more information so we can see what’s really going on.
Now we know the symptom of the disease, but we need some more probing to know where the origin lies…
  2. An inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width would be the minimum required information for us to be able to help you. (Personally Identifiable Information like serial numbers and MAC addresses will be filtered out by the above command)
Also, please copy-paste that output in-between 3 backticks ``` at the beginning and end of the code/text.

I am sorry for the confusion.
I’ve updated the post.

the output of inxi --admin --verbosity=7 --filter --no-host --width
